1. Do you offer custom sizes for the items you sell?

   

    Yes, contact us with the product and size you  have in mind and we will see what we can do.

 

2. Are your products made in America?

   

    Yes, all of the products on this site are made in America.

 

3. how long will it take before my order will ship?

   

    All orders usually ship within 1-3 business days.

 

4. Are all your products made with the same thickness steel? 

   

    Yes, I only use 14G steel for the items I make.

 

5. Where are you located?

 

    I am located in northern California in the small town of Orland.

 

6. How large of an item can you make?

   

    The cutting area of my laser is 10'x5'.

 

7. Are the rusted items messy?

   

    No, all the rusted items have been sealed with a flat clearcoat. This makes for a clean installation of the item you purchase. This also allows for a beautiful clean presentation when given as a gift.

 

8. How are the products packaged for shipping?

   

    Each item is neatly wrapped In kraft Paper and securely taped inside the box in addition to packing paper to insure your item arrives safe and secure.

 

9. Do you include a packing slip inside the box?

   

    No, we do not include a packing slip in your box.
